General Information About the Franklin Mailing List
Normally, The mailing list will remind you of your passwords once every month, although you can disable this if you prefer. This reminder will also include instructions on how to unsubscribe or change your account options. There is also a button on your options page that will email your current password to you.

If you can't find what you are looking for, please use the Franklin 3D ticket system. Please note that support cannot answer general questions about your development environment. When you purchase Franklin 3D, it is assumed you are already proficient with your development tools.
